REM Merge does not require an account. Gameplay progress and preferences are stored on your device. REM Play does not operate a server-side gameplay account database or cloud-save service.

Remove local game data

On Android, open Settings → Apps → REM Merge → Storage → Clear storage / Clear data. Exact menu names may vary by device.

Important: clearing app storage may permanently remove locally saved progress and settings. Uninstalling REM Merge may also remove local data, depending on Android backup and restore behavior.

Clearing app data does not revoke your Remove Ads purchase. Google Play purchase ownership may remain associated with your Google account.

Data handled by third-party providers

Third-party providers may process information relating to advertising (Google Mobile Ads / AdMob), gameplay analytics (GameAnalytics), crash diagnostics (Firebase Crashlytics), purchases (Google Play Billing), and privacy choices (Google UMP). These providers follow their own privacy and retention policies. Not all SDK data is anonymous.

REM Play will review requests concerning information it controls and, where technically possible and legally appropriate, take reasonable steps to process deletion requests. We cannot guarantee that individual analytics or diagnostic records can be identified or deleted, or remove information independently controlled by a provider. We may direct you to that provider.

Email [email protected]. We may need additional information to verify or locate relevant data. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, Google account credentials, full advertising identifiers, or sensitive personal information.

Retention and limitations

Local data can be removed using Android controls. Third-party providers apply their own retention and deletion policies. Some information may be retained where required by law or necessary for legitimate purposes. Removing REM Merge does not necessarily delete third-party records or Google Play purchase history. REM Play reviews and responds to requests as required by applicable law.
